BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD
My solo material is going under a re-think. A totally new sound. No more keyboard led tracks becuase quite franlky my talents as far as singing and piano skills are lacking some what. The album is therefore canned. New songs are in the making, expect an update on them within the coming months. I will unviel the new material soon. Keep your eyes open folks!

LAZY BASTARD
As you might have noticed i ain't updated the site for a few days and that's becuase i'm just lazy. Things are a bit hectic with college at the moment so the chances of the E.P. coming out June 6th are becoming increasingly unlikely. It's like waiting for a chinese democracy, oh well. To be honest it's going to be delayed as well so i can sort out how i'm gonna sell it too. Plus i gotta figure out how to use this friggin' music producer thing as well. I've got a demo version of 'Patience' recorded almost but it's not mixed yet so don't expect that any time soon. At least i'm honest anyway.
In other news, saw Brand New at the Leadmill last thursday, great gig, met the frontman of My Awesome Compilation, nice guy too. Other than that there ain't much really, spent most of the time listening to B*Witched and The Red Hot Chili Peppers, as i say i'm a lazy bastard.

RECORDING UNDERWAY!
Finally got the recording of the E.P. started today, finished the lead vocals for 'Patience'. Unfortunatly due to technical problems the session was cut short. The next session is going to be on Saturday, going to have the assistence of Heath and Cyril from the Randy Old People hopefully.Should have 'Patience' finished at the very least by then.
Oh yeah, the cover is staying the same too coz the new design sucked.
Almost forgot, the ROP gig has been cancelled too. The first show will probably be a few months away now unfortunatly.

WELCOME!
Welcome to the site! I'm Chad, member of Randy Old People, i'm starting to do some solo work so i thought i'd start the web site so you guys can see how everythings goin'. At this current moment it's going quite shit, today was going to be the first day of proper recording but due to not been given the end which conects the mic to the computer it is going to have to be postbond till tomorrow when i over at fellow Randy Old Person, Heath's place where hopefully i can get some done then. So for tonight it looks like it's just song writting for the EP. It needs it too, at the moment there's three songs actually written, in saying that, they'll probably not appear on the EP after i change it again. 2 certainties anyway, my version of Guns N' Roses 'Patience' is a definat as is 'English Country Garden'. Expect 'For Thos Who Loose' to appear on it too. Just gotta finish writting Bombs Over baghdad and actually write track 5 then i already to start recording. The current release date for the EP is Saturday May 8th at the first Randy Old People gig at my place, invitation only, i will be playing a track exclusivly there too. Dunno what yet, it be a suprise. Even if your not invited to the gig you can purchase the DVD of it hopefully if it gets recorded which it should be. Also hope it goes ahead. By the way, the name for the EP isn't yet totally decided, any suggestions are very welcome, contact me on genis_arse@msn.com with any ideas. That's all for now, expect more updates soon.
